We are family owned and operated and are currently managed by 4th generation family members. We are located in Topeka, KS, and proudly serve Topeka, Lawrence, Manhattan, Kansas City, Burlingame, Burlington, and the surrounding communities. Having worked in this area for these many years, we are familiar with our communities and its properties, and treat our customers like family.
